My passion for food was born in my mother’s restaurant, Asungwana, which means “Sisters.” Growing up surrounded by the flavors and love she poured into every dish, I knew that food was my calling. Inspired by her legacy, I’ve dedicated myself to creating meals that bring people together, just like she did. At Hamzah’s Culinary, I’m proud to share that same warmth and tradition with you.
